Still no support for "Go" series. These basically add support for the 83.xx/84.xx/85.xx and 86.xx series, and a few fixes are listed for Vista that are minor, and game specific.

ForceWare Release 158
Version: 158.18
Release Date: April 26, 2007
WHQL Driver
Did anyone try it? The first release was real bad!
I've made a PDF of the installation instructions for the new Forceware drivers, the procedure appears to have changed considerably from previous versions.
I've been running the 158.18 drivers for a couple of days, with no issues to report. And installation was more painless than those instructions seemed to suggest :)
So far this is the best Nvidia driver, no problems at all.

As far as I can tell, that one only fixes a bug for SLI users with the International Drivers. I don't think there is any need for anyone not in that situation to update from the April 26th version of 158.18.
