Just to make sure, you installed the printer drivers to the laptop and tried to print and these same pages will not print, is that correct?
I could not hookup the printer to my notebook because it only has USB printer capability's... I find it so strange that I can view a page but I can not print it????Quote:

Just wondering but have you downloaded AdAware and/or Spybot Search and Destroy to remove any spyware, malware that may be lingering on your pc?
Might be causing a problem and can't hurt to clean up the junk off your pc.
Also has the printer ever been able to print these webpages from this pc?
If so, can you remember when it stopped and what you may have changed, installed, etc.

Yes I have run Ad-aware 6.0. I can not remember having this much problem before upgrading to Win xp pro. Maybe I try to hard to keep my system current an up-to-date:confused:
Did you recently upgrade to Windows XP?
What operating system were you using previously?
Did you do and upgrade or a format and reinstall?
Did you make sure you removed the Canon printer and any installed Canon printer driver software and then use the driver for the BJC-4000 that comes with Windows XP?
I have been using win xp from its beginning. I upgraded from win 98 original addition. I believe installation to win xp added the drivers that would work best!Quote:
