A quick and convenient method is to use the Print Screen key and print out a copy of the screen you are making the changes on. (Some BIOS's have a Print function built-in). If your particular screen has more settings on a scroll-down menu, then print the screen, scroll down and print again (or just add notes to the original printout. You'll be glad you did.
