Faith, have you tried starting a thread in the technical forum regarding your problem? The only thing you'd have to pay is to put up with lame jokes from the mods :D

my name is Kim and I am from alabama
I have been having issues with my e machines desktop, that has win xp, showing a couple of error messages.
I am trying to fix them, without just saying forget it, and never logging back on lol..
I went to emachines support site, and all they wanted to do is sell me stuff, (imagine that!)...not much help there (especially with the 5th & final contact).
I am very frustrated here, but I wanted to take a min to say hi
