Been using computers since 1981, unfortunately they aren't perfect nor am I. There is always more questions than there are answers.

hi my name is faith6454. I computer and forum stupid. I am learning...slowly. My mother gave me my first computer . It's an Hp pavillion. I use windows mill. Right now my computer is freezing up alot. I have looked in my books, to no avail. I have contacted "geeks', and are waiting for their call back...at $1.99 a min!! So I came here. Donot know where else to go. And I have all my banking inffo along with lots of important info on my commputer. Can't believe it's not freezing right now...letting me get this out!! Pease. can someone help me? I just hope I know how to reteive help for this plea. lol!! waiting~faith6454

You've come to the right place, VDr. is great! However, I might suggest that you post your problem in the forum under "hardware" since it could be a hardware problem. If not, one of the mods will move it.

thanks,all. I wish I could find some FREE advice on why my puter is slow again even after restoring it. some wrote me say they could help me but then have to charge me. lol. was here , but different area.
