Train: Yea, My free web space is through Prohosting. They dont support linking to individual jpegs. You can right click and "save as" (of course) or link to the HTML version. I'm looking for a new webspace provider...
I got this gem in an email from Prohosting today:

obviously a new interpretation of the word "free" that I wasn't previously aware.

I had a near death experience that has changed me forever.
The other day, I went horseback riding. Everything was

Just when things could not possibly get worse, my foot got

and harder, and the horse just wouldn't stop or slow down.
Just as I was giving up hope and losing consciousness, the
Wal-Mart manager saved the day and unplugged the ride.

Just replaced that weak PS fan with an Antec fan....much better. CPU running at 87F, system at 76. Forget the CO2,...I'm happy with that.

Today was an experiment...had to get dirty anyways to blast a mirror for a customer.
I don't think I like the clear glass showing all the guts, even tho it is purdy in there... https://discussions.virtualdr.com/ Yeah, I know... that's probably why they do these "Windows".
Gonna need a H channel or gasket of some sort to install. I'm going to look for that and maybe at Car Audio and Accessories for those neon lights tomorrow, if I have time.

Flat-panel prices in free fall
The stock market isn't the only thing in a free fall. Flat-panel monitor prices are plummeting yet again, bringing the largest displays within reach of many consumers' budgets. How low the prices will ultimately go is uncertain, but PC Connection spokesman Matt Cookson said the estimate of $700 17-inch flat panels by summer could be overly conservative.

Welllllllll....thought about it and decided not to do a window at this time. The system's in a cubby hole in a computer desk/armoire---wouldn't show off very much. Sooooooo.......adding glow wire to the front and inside the front panel to add a light, spooky blue glow to the whole panel. (OMIGAWD...what am I doing?.... https://discussions.virtualdr.com/). Will be working this weekend (hopefully) building my neighbor's system. Using an InWin A500 case (sounds familiar), Soyo mainboard, SB16 soundcard (he's not really into sound), Hercules Prophet 2 MX vid card, 533 celeron cranked up to 800, Golden Orb cooler, 256 RAM. Will transfer his original hd, CD-ROM, CD-R and modem. Should take me oh....20 minutes (just kidding). Just waiting on the case to arrive. Anybody remember how long it took from ordering to delivery? Seems I recall it took only around 5 days....
Camera is ready, just waiting on the stuff to add.
P.S: If you're interested in the glow wire---case mod kits are available Here.
Good article on changing your case LEDs. Found that the blue LEDs out of Radio Shack work just fine.

Concerning that article above on changing LEDs: As you know, with the Inwin case (as well as most new cases), the power/indicator wires are in a ribbon configuration rather than individual wires. You have to be real careful because you don't have much wire to work with at the front panel box. You CAN split them a little ways in order to better work with them, but not too far. But ooooooooo....it looks real nice when done. Recommend going with Blue for both Power On and Hard Drive activity light. To make it easier (so you just have to splice wires--no soldering), recommend getting some of
These(LED cables)-(they also have blue LEDs). Just trim the lamp (carefully so as not to confuse positive and negative--and get the lengths correct to fit), place in the holder (a small drop of Super Glue makes it permanent), cut off the flat plug and splice the wires onto the originals. They look really great behind those front panel "prisms".

Ok...took the plunge and purchased an Asus GeForce 2 GTS deluxe card. Put a Blue Orb cooler on it and RAM sinks. (Haven't tried the nifty 3D glasses that cam with it yet). Also a Digital Doctor to replace the former temp gauges (Looks real techy) https://discussions.virtualdr.com/. Just did a 3DMark 2000 benchmark test. Went from 5317 on the old card to 7032 on this one---think I'll keep it... https://discussions.virtualdr.com/.

It didn't do what I wanted (make a sound as it dropped to the tray when connected ) so I asked him if it were possible to make that happen. He has his own site, included a link in the email, and suggested one of his programs called Multimodemia.
I downloaded it just now and installed it. When I connected...IT WORKED!!!

I did in 20 minutes what would have taken several days with cd's and about 2 hours with a usb harddrive.
I have a different setup than normal with the router. Much better, but $150 approximately. Got it to share the cable connection and finally figured out the networking. https://discussions.virtualdr.com/
