I went ahead and ran the scan (or tried to) and it scanned for 2 1/2 hours and has not stopped. I found the Hide My IP in my program files and if we can uninstall/delete it is fine. I did not install that program or do not remember it if I did. I don't use it so I don't need it. I will leave it until you say to uninstall. Thanks for your help.
Please do and make sure Hide My IP Address folder is gone from C:\Program Files.
Let me know, when you're done.
I uninstalled the program and checked C and as far as I can tell it is gone.
Cool :)
OTL Clean-Up
Clean up with OTL:
* Double-click OTL.exe to start the program.
* Close all other programs apart from OTL as this step will require a reboot
* On the OTL main screen, press the CLEANUP button
* Say Yes to the prompt and then allow the program to reboot your computer.
If you still have any tools or logs leftover on your computer you can go ahead and delete those off of your computer now.

I am doing these steps now. I will post back as soon as I am done. Thanks.
You ROCK Broni! Thank you so much for the help.
I did all the instructons above except defrag and I will try to do that over the weekend. I have had WOT installed on my laptop and our home computer for a while now and also have it on my work computer. Pages seem to load in a little faster, however it is slow on boot up and shut down where it wasn't before. I checked my startup menu and the java thing had installed something for auto updates and I stopped that. I have only 3 things running at startup; my AV, Ralink and CLI. We will check and see if more ram can be added. Hardware is really not my area.
Again, thank you so much for your patience and help in working thru this issue.
You're very welcome :)
Good luck and stay safe :)
I ordered 1 gig of memory today ;-)
Cool :)
Just a quick update. I got my new memory and it is installed. Runs a lot smoother, no more "not responding" so far. Now if I could just keep it cool.
Thanks again Broni for all your help.
I'm glad to hear good news :)
