As far as I can tell, that one only fixes a bug for SLI users with the International Drivers. I don't think there is any need for anyone not in that situation to update from the April 26th version of 158.18.

ATI ( AMD) Catalyst Version 7.7 display driver for Vista is released. Seems to have improved graphics and PC speed.

Just a fair warning to those who may not be aware....the latest Forceware drivers that were supposed to fix the Vista/SLI problem have been crashing the desktop....lots of people who are on SLI have been reporting the problem. It goes out for a second, then recovers with a message that the "nvlddmkm driver has recovered". It's been a real pain for SLI'ers....Nvidia is well aware of the problem and are supposedly working on it. This issue is separate from the recent Windows Hotfix for Vista SLI.
