Rodney pay attention to post dates. Andrea hasn't been back since Oct 26, 2008. And if you had read, she has uninstalled the printer until she was going to get another cartridge, I'm sure she's done that by now.
It appears that there is no info on there about resetting the chip of an HP 940 cartridge. I really need to reset it because I just bough a bunch of ink and filled it, but it persists on showing empty and not letting me print even though I've reset the printer itself to it's original factory settings. Could you please help me on this?Quote:

It's quite possible that your printer is newer and reason why it's not a list that was made 3 years ago. Plus Eman hasn't posted here since October 22, 2008, again three years ago.
