I used a $9 "Nibbler" from Radio Shack and it did a great job--hand gets a little tired, but you can control it better than a Dremel and no sparks or flying debris. (Still...I want a Dremel for my birthday https://discussions.virtualdr.com/).

.....because you were not ready, my child....initiates are not permitted into the Inner Sanctum....but you have come of age and are ready to destroy...er....modify the case....but be careful and wise and not fall prey to Impatience and screw the whole case up....

May have a line on a camera and will take pics when done (promises, promises...). Yeah, I know...bistro has a bad case of "Upgrade Fever"...(The Master warned me of this way back in the 15th century):

My son, be wary of the Upgrade, for it's temptations are great...not to mention expensive.
