[RESOLVED] cant get online with aol....connection problems...?

Try this if you havent already...

1. Open MY COMPUTER / [C:]Local Drive / WINDOWS / TEMPORARY INTERNET FILES.

Delete all files in there. Ctrl+A (Select all) Then tap DELETE.

2. Follow the same path, but rather than Temp internet files look in the COOKIES folder and see if there is anything in there, If so delete them all. You will get a prompt telling you that you cant delete the INDEX.DAT file, just click OK.

If you still continue to get dropped at WELCOME, check your Account, you might have outstanding balance.

Deleting your cookies is safe. The only thing you will notice after deleting your cookies, is that upon returning to your frequented web-page, is that its not "personalized" anymore. As if it were your first visit to the page ever.
Sorry, I overlooked the NETZERO part. I know some of these free ISP's tend to cause conflicts with AOL,Compuserve and Gateway.net, causing the "Page Cannot Be Displayed" error. The exact cause Im not sure of. AOL, Compuserve and GW.net are all in one, the same company, and the software is identical. So are the access numbers they use. I know Juno causes alot of troubles with the AOL software, or its components.
