There's VLC info in the AppData local and roaming files. I usually use Geek Uninstaller to remove programs: https://geekuninstaller.com/

I use this on all my PC's to stop updates. I turn it off at least once each month to check for critical security updates: https://www.sordum.org/9470/windows-...-blocker-v1-8/
