Should I be using Malaware PRO? It's a download and is supposed to work in the background. Esp. in light of the Heartbeat virus. I have the non-pro Malaware version. Comments please.

As good as Malwarebytes is it would not be of any use against the Heartbeat exploit. In fact nothing would help right now except websites patching their secure servers.
I would check with any site you use that requires ID and passwords to see what they recommend. Some have not been affected, many have. Ultimately you will want to quickly change your password but only after the site is patched/updated.
