Both r same.

I had fixed a 1GB,DDR1 RAM yesterday & quite fast now.
I had also tried 512MB new with the existing old together & there was no problem immediately.May be next day it could have given problems.

1GB costs INR1200/- Some Chinese are available for INR500/- also.Very cheap but due to lack of knowledge,i didnt go for it.
