About all you can do, short of geting a new graphics card, is to try and take the heatsink off the GPU, give it an the GPU a thorough clean, and re-apply some thermal paste.

I'm looking at your vid card specs and the min/max system requirements for BC2. First off, your card is barely over the MINIMUM requirements for the game. I make it a point to never go by the min sys reqs...they are usually pretty weak and unreliable.
The game developers want to sell as many copies of the game as they can....so all too often they make low estimated minimum system requirements. Yeah...the game will run....just not very well.
It's better to take the RECOMMENDED system requirements for a game and make that the norm (which the BC2 developer says is a GT 260). Your card is somewhat weak in the shader, texture fill. bandwidth and calculating power. BC2 may be just too much for the card to handle (despite it "passing' any game tests). The rendering demands are probably also heating the card up too much and it's shutting down on you.
Sorry for the downer news, but around here we have to call the shots as we see them....have to be honest with people. If you want to play games like BC2, please consider an upgrade to at least a GT 260....but make sure your motherboard has a PCI-e slot before you do. If a motherboard upgrade is in order, we can help you out with that too.
The graphics card (BFG) has a lifetime warrenty. Just shipped it back. Thanks for everyones imput
You're very welcome :)
