Refer to page 15 of your mobo manual.
Listed as Onboard GPU

I appreciate your patience with me as this is new to me.
I do not see this on page 15 but I did see under Advanced Chipset, Set to AUTO (which it is now on) and the other choice is "Always Enable" I do not see anything to change from onboard video to AGP.
I had to download the online manual and I did see page 15 like you said but I am not understanding what to do.
Then the setting should be set to Auto.
EDIT: Forgot to mention, Refer to page 26 as well.
Set the Init Display First
If that fails,
Check that the power supply is up to the task of powering the new video card,
If that fails,
Update the mobo BIOS,
And pray to the computer deities that it is not a compatibility issue.
Look under "integrated Peripherals" you'll find your onboard GPU there.
I came across this card; will this work

Manual for the mobo is listed there too.
Do you need the " Low Profile" card?
Yes, that card should work just fine.
Definitely a major improvement over the GeForceFX5200 which never should have been released.
These are all OK.

Thanks Train,
I just got off the phone with my son and he recommended this one.

I am also getting a DVI cable:

Hopefully I should be all set once I get these items. I will come back to this thread once I get them and give you the results.
Looks good to me.
Do let us know how things work out.
Before spending any more money,
Better check that the mobo is still functional.
Especially if you jammed an AGP video card in a PCI-E and/or PCI expansion slot.
Try looking under Advanced Chipset for something like "Onboard Video" or "Onboard GPU" and setting it as "Disabled" (or similar).
I received my Galaxy 84GEE6HDFEXN GeForce 8400 GS 256MB 64-bit GDDR2 PCI Express x16 Low Profile Ready Video Card and a DVI Cable and installed everything. I had to set my resolution to 1600 x 900. The 1920 x 1080 made everything to small. Even now some text on the internet is small.
Is there any special settings I should have?
If you are using Internet Explorer, you can select View, Text Size to change the text size for web pages.
You can adjust settings to compensate for small text sizes. And Icon sizes and on the internet set your browser to view larger text.
