firmware upgrade for lite-on 1633s

I really didn't get the fix I wanted but the way I was able to copy the DVD's was to "copy disc to image" and then "burn disc from image". I don't think there was a problem with either one of the DVD burners but at least I can now copy them.

Safesty way yo do it and one most of us use.
