Strange pop ups and browser problems

Open Internet Explorer and Go to

"Tools"
"Advanced" (tab) scroll down until the section "Browsing" then scroll further and uncheck "Enable third party browser extensions * "

Note the * means it only takes effect after you restart Internet Explorer

I'm not sure that made any difference but I am monitoring it... though perhaps it did. The browser looks to be functioning a bit better - I'll watch it over the next day or two. But the error popup is still happening.
