Train is correct. Upload your picture to a server on the web, then put the URL (the complete internet path) for that image between the [img] and [/img] tags here in your message.
For example, the URL to Google's main image is:http://www.google.com/intl/en_ALL/images/logo.gif(To find this URL in IE, right click the image on their site and select "Properties").
Put that URL between the [img][/img] tags, like so:[img]http://www.google.com/intl/en_ALL/images/logo.gif[/img]and it will then show up in your message like this:
