Tried the fan - no luck
It will stay on in the BIOS forever, but not in Windows
The heatsink won't come off the chipset, so I can't try remounting w/AS
Though I did remount the processor w/AS
After carefully inspecting the mobo again and checking out some other posts, I did find 4 bulged capacitors. I was looking at the sides of the cap's instead of the tops. Could this be the problem????
