I guess I'm a little late with my idea of using Super Glue and paper clips....

I one time got unto a Computer Innards Cleanup frenzy and went out in search of a power supply with extra long cables. Found one such psu (an Enermax if I remember correctly), then spiral wrapped the cables and ran them down between the drive bays and the right panel with just the leads coming around to the drives. Looked quite good...nice and neat.
just one little thought about using bread wrapper ties. they have a metal wire insert. be careful as to what they can rub on as thy might short out something.
