Sorry it has been awhile since I posted back. The supplied link to fix IE7 does not repair IE7 it is for IE6. In the meantime I have not had the problem. That is another weird occurance. If you can supply a link to repair IE7 that would be great. In the meantime I am keeping my fingers crossed.

Coach17--I am not aware of any fixes for IE7. Perhaps someone else can help.
The only thing I can think of is to uninstall IE7 and then reinstall--following the procedure here.
