If you can get into setup(bios),check to be sure the onboard graphics is enabled. If all that looks ok, look for 'reset configuration data' or 'ESCD' this is usually on the boot menu. Select 'yes' or 'enable' to reset it and be sure to save your settings when exiting bios. The reset will enable a new hardware list from bios to Windows which may fix the problem...
