Hi everybody,
I wrote this note with the solution of problem. Now happily my 8 years old son can play the game with current card. (so it was the cheapest solution for me) I did not change the graphic card. I just changed the settings of win XP. Here is the steps of solution :
1 - Start Button menu ->
2 - Settings sub menu ->
3 - Control panel
4 - Regional and language options window
5 - Under "Regional options" tab, change the first dropdown selection box from the whatever language into "English"
6 - That's all.. Then your game installation will work properly. (Mine works now!!!) Have fun.
