Nix, now you are jumping to conclusions! The guy (who seems to be very honest) has made it very clear what his intentions are, and that is to drop ice cubes down your shirt. End of story. Its not sexual, he's just completely insane. I'd still go for it.
If I was a guy flatmate I would wear no shirt.
If I was a female flatmate I would wear a bikini top....or no shirt.
