What Antivirus is it?
Liam
kaspersky internet security 6.0
but it freezes also with some other programs is weird though cuz
i got photoshop and it doesnt freezes when i run that but with some
others it does.
Open Task manager and see what is using up the cpu cycles when it hangs like that.
75C is plain to hot. And locking up is caused by either a program or a overheated video card.
Make sure the fan on the video card is running and remove the card and double check that it is clean of all dust and junk.
Hi to all p: Try finger test. Touch the surface of all chips on the motherboard for heat, the kind thata burns your test finger. Associated chips, running too hot, can cause freezes, reboots just as much as cpu's running hot. Eyeball the ICs on the motherboard to see if one popped its top, it would appear to be rounded like the lid on a can of soup pops when you heat it without venting it first. Crown rounds.
Ok i open task manager and see whats using the cpu cycles dont know if its normal or not but its :System Idle Process and it uses like 96-99 of CPUQuote:
