Splinter learnt martial arts by watching his owner who was a martial arts expert.
One day his owner was killed by another expert and splinter escaped into the sewer where he came across the TMNT in the ooze.
He scooped them up into a tin can and both he and they mutated.
He trained them and one day they came across the Foot Clan lead by Shredder who was none other than the killer of Splinter's owner.
Ohhhhh yeahhhh, it's been a while....but i've also seen the film. :D

The only things I know about the Simpson's is Bart, Lisa and Homer's names :p
I know about Milhous, but that's it. My taste in humor runs more to the quirky and offbeat, same with music. (Green Acres and Malcolm in the Middle, and the Kinks.)
