Hmmm... Just clicked the Unsubscribe in your email once again and sent it with a "Is it working now?" in the body of the message.

Just tried to "ping pc-pro.co.il" and go to "http://www.pc-pro.co.il" and both failed.

OK, I got the last email and sent you a reply.
You are not getting a ping cause there is no website. I would be happy (and pay someone) to make me one :)
I tried sending to my Gmail account and opening it in IE, but it still did not work properly. Do you or anyone else have a logical explanation for this?
Just noticed that the first emails came as well, but was in the junk mail folder for some reason.
Good to hear you ended up getting both emails.
As far as it not working there, different versions maybe? Running the following here:Microsoft Windows XP Professional 5.1.2600 Service Pack 2 Build 2600Oh, and the "need a website" ... need to get started on one here too. :)
Microsoft Office (Professional Edition) Outlook 2003 (11.8010.6568) SP2
Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0.2900.2180.xpsp_sp2_gdr.060301-1519
I am running the same versions. I guess I'll have to live with it. As long as customers get it ok, I don't mind.
If we're running the same versions of everything, something's not set the same somewhere.
We're both looking at the same message. In Gmail you're seeing:Unsubscribe <mailto:[email protected]?subject=Unsubscribe>and I'm seeing:The difference must be caused by either a Gmail or IE setting somewhere. Something to do with the way HTML is displayed?
Gmail does offer two different 'views', 'Standard' and 'Basic HTML' and for a moment I thought I might be on to something. However, when I view your message in either of these two views, your Unsubscribe link looks the same (hidden 'mailto:...'). :(
(You can set these different views at the bottom of a Gmail page ... the line looks like this "Gmail view: standard with chat | standard without chat | basic HTML Learn more)".
I have it set to Standard with Chat.
Same here, but it shows up the same:with either view for me.
Went browsing through and trying a few various IE "Tools | Internet Options... | Advanced" settings and for the life of me I cannot get Gmail to display:Unsubscribe <mailto:[email protected]?subject=Unsubscribe>(even with a [Shift]-Refresh between every change).
Don't know what to try next ... other than start comparing every single setting in our IE and Gmail. :(
Hmmm, I don't think its worth it. I'll just have to hope that everyone sees it properly. And if they don't, I guess they will understand what to do.
In any case, I appreciate the effort :)
No problem at all. :)
Sorry we don't have the difference in Gmail figured out though. If I run across something I'll definitely let you know.
Great, thanks!
