i had downloaded the pkzip version for dos ,since i can use it a batch file and run it from scheduler.
i have downloaded the wincline exe.REG WINZIP WINDOWS BASED ,can i use the same commands as i used in pkzip and run as a batch file

Yes, I use wzzip|wzunzip from the CMD line and BATch files all the time ... and usually with the same parameters as I would have with PKZip|PKunZip.
u mean to say that if i load winzip for windows then can i use the pkzip cpmmand from the command line.
In this case the command line arguments would be winzip -u -rP .......
Yes, the only difference being the first word on the command line (the name of the program).
To see all the options available with wzzip, type:wzzip /?and press [Enter]. Click the "Help Topics" link, the "WZZIP", the "WZZIP Reference", then the "Display" button.

I ran the wzzip with the same options as in pkzip and it works fine,without any Ems error.
