Well Google helped a bit....

Actually I pumped in blibber blubber and got all these hits for the first chewing gum that was ever invented.

Apparently it was so sticky you needed to use white spirit to scrub it off your skin.

Any way then I just added Fox to the mix and found lots of links.

So...

Blibber Blubber it sticks
With a Fox it can mix
to give Seuss links to Nix
