One last question & we can end this thread: SuperSparks or ? Define "hard reset" I am not familiar with that term. Is that the same as a "cold boot" ? In other words, a complete pwr down & startup ? . Thanks again...............

If you have a reset button on the case use that. If not then power down, and then back up again as you said.

Ok; here's an update: needless to say I had to do a complete re-install. I tried every other trick to no avail. Thanks to all for their input. What a forum !! Best on the web !! :) Happy Thanksgiving....(coming sooon)
