A variety of utilities are on this site.
http://www.backup4all.com/ a backup utility
KennJ
I'll second the SysInternals recommendation, and add these:
CONVERT by Josh Madison, which is a unit conversion program. Very straightforward utility. Tabbed interface lets you jump between over 20 categories (distance, force, light, mass, area, computer, time, speed, volume, area, etc) to convert from one unit to another. Very nice!
ETHEREAL, a simple ethernet packet sniffer.
HFNetChkPRO by Shavlik, which lets you scan your Windows machine for missing patches/hotfixes, DL's the files and lets you deploy them all from a singel interface. The free version lets you manage up to 50 machines on your network from a cntralized repository (youread that right, 50 machines!)

And my fav, Proxomitron..
http://www.proxomitron.info/
A few weeks ago I put some links in my signature, i'll explain the relevant ones here.
Proxomitron = a great web filter, it can filter adds and can be customized to filter ANY other part(s) of a web page that u don't like looking at, great for getting that screen space back and minimizing the amount of scrolling u need to do.
PowerMenu = allows you to set any program so that it is "always on top", adjust transparency and best of all i use it to minimize programs to the system tray.
Ghost-It = allows you to set any program so that it is "always on top", but rather than it getting in the way, the program will be transparent and allow u to click thru it to whats under it as if it's not there... the ultimate accessory for download meters etc that one normally likes to keep an eye on.
MBM5 (Motherboard Monitor 5) = program for monitoring CPU temps, fan speeds and motherboard voltages.
Samurize = Displays all the 2K/XP perfmons on the desktop wallpaper... also works with MBM5 to display temps etc... cool program for displaying CPU/RAM/SWAP usage, disk space, cache, ip addresses, uptime, calenders, weather, news... has many, many add-ons and can be customized to display almost anything to your own design.
The other programs in my sig i also find cool, MyIE2 is brilliant, but they arn't really relevant to this thread, so check the links if u dunno what they are.
That's enough plugging for one day, :D hope people find them useful. :)
Copy This Path
If you work a lot with the paths to files or folders like I do, this can be a time saving tool. This will add the command 'Copy This Path' to the right click context menu in Windows Explorer to copy the full path of a file or folder to Windows Clipboard. The additional option 'Auto Send' automatically opens Notepad with the copied path already pasted in.

New Folder Here
Create new folders anywhere on your PC with a simple right click. New Folder Here will add the command 'New Folder Here' to the menu that pops up when you right-click on a File, Folder, Drive, Start button, Programs menu or Favorites menu. Windows does have the command 'New/Folder' although very limited on where you can create a folder and it usually takes a while for the 'New' menu to expand. Create them anywhere instantly with this little utility.

MouseCam
Have you ever been to a web site or tried to read documents where they used a font so small you had to really strain your eyes to read it? Or have you ever wanted to get greater detail of a graphic? MouseCam is a free small utility that magnifies anything your cursor is over up to 20x normal size.

RefreshEm
You may have noticed that sometimes the Desktop and Windows Explorer start to display the wrong Icons for some file types. Running RefreshEm when they do repairs the Windows Icon Cache so that the proper ones are immediately displayed. It does not stay in memory, immediately terminates after using it and has no visible Window. Just click or double click the Icon each time you want to refresh the icons.

Get Paths
Have you ever needed to get the full path to an exe or any other file? Or maybe you have so many you've forgotten what they are and don't want to open them one at a time to find out. 'Get Paths' automatically copies the path to the clipboard and lets you quickly view both text based and image files. Files types supported are txt, bat, log, diz, reg, frm, vbp, vbw, ctl, bas, bmp, gif, jpg, jpeg, ico, tif, tiff, wmf, emf, png, mix and exe.

TwipIt
Programmers and many graphic artists use Twips for screen measurement instead of Pixels for more precise placement. TwipIt converts Twips to Pixels, Points, Characters, Inches, Millimeters and Centimeters. Reverse order will also convert them all back to Twips.
