critical updates

I found one solution on a different forum and have sent it on to several people with favorable results.

Go to Windows folder - find system32 - find catroot2 - rename catroot2 to catroot2old or any other name Windows will not recognize

Try your install again assuming that you have downloaded the updates.

This worked for 3 of the 4 updates mentioned in the previouse post.

Agree on this one "THANKS MS", they were very quick and to the point with a workable fix for the problem. The tech at MS was Christine Cui and I give her an big Thanks for the help.
