This is heck of a cold weather.
The coldest we have around here...
There will be few nights during winter time with a couple of degrees below 32F.
There are three peaks around Bay Area, which exceed 3,000ft, and on those days, the peaks may get some snow on them. That's a spectacular view, when the day after cold night is sunny.
I can imagine ... my favorite sort of snow storm here is when its light and fluffy and snows for hours ... and when you drive in it the next day it looks like everything has been coated with powdered sugar :D
I know those form my home country, but even there it wasn't THAT cold.
I think thats why we all learn to knit or crocet up here .... lots of afgans and blankets :D
We gotta keep warm some how :p
