I get migraines from time to time.... and they are the worst... I get the swirls in front of my eyes and can't see... then I get the sick to my stomach feeling.... then the pain starts.... nothing helps but dark and complete silence...
then I have residual pain for a couple days where if I bend over I get dizzy and my head pounds... NOT fun
Anyone who gets them have my sympathies.

Well if you're counting the pilot, then Majel Barrett. If not, then both Kirk and Spock are in every episode.

The only performer to appear as the same character in every episode of "Star Trek: The Original Series" was Leonard Nimoy. He appears as "Spock" in every episode of "Star Trek: the Original Series", the only performer with that distinction.
William Shatner is a close second, appearing as "Kirk" in 78 episodes, all except the first pilot "The Cage".
Majel (Hudec) Barrett-Roddenberry was also in every episode but she appeared in "The Cage", "The Menagerie, Part I" and "The Menagerie, Part II" as the USS Enterprise's unnamed First Officer, "Number One". She made her debut as nurse "Chapel" in the episode "The Naked Time", where she is simply known as "Christine".
"The Devil in the Dark" is the source of the "Dammit Jim, I'm a doctor not a bricklayer!". It was uttered by Bones when Kirk asks him to attend to an injured Horta.
