I assume that when you press the power switch, nothing happens? If that is the case, check to make sure that you have power to the outlets into which your PC and monitor conected. Also, (you've probably already checked this) make sure that cords are securely plugged in at both ends. Then, note whether anything at all happens. Do you get an lights on the keyboard or system unit? Do any fans come on (especially the power supply fan)? Any beeps from the PC speaker?
