Word Label Boarders

In Word 2000 under labels.. Select Label 5.
This should come up with little grey boxes where you can fill in the address in.

Well here is the problem in my new computer that Word was just installed in, I do not have the grey boarders around the Label boxes. Now this is not the boxes that show up when you print, its just part of the template to help you write in each label. Anyone know how to turn this on??? PLEASE help its driving me crazy.
