I don't have the answer, but I have a sinking feeling that Microsoft is going to be involved...hehe https://discussions.virtualdr.com/

It seems that the computer term bug originated from the Harvard Mark II machine when they found a moth in a relay at the Naval Surface Warfare Center. I think thats in RI. Admiral Grace Hopper told stories about it and is better known for inventing Cobol.
Grace Hopper
Very good robwes!
I love COBOL!
I hear that the actual bug is in the Smithsonian.

WHat, is that the only thing on line for this week?
Max, did you ever figure out that Windows Flags from awhile back? I still want to know the answer, and cant find it....
Here is one little question for this Trivia. Who invented the first Monitor and when and where???????????

Please remember to let us know if it worked or not...JJ
Dodge,
The logo question is still active!!! Nothing concrete as of yet and Microsoft gave us the shaft on my e-mail to them. https://discussions.virtualdr.com/
Also a little clarification on the trivia question. Are we talking about those monochrome screens from years back or are we talking about TV...hehe. Some of the first puters used the family TV.

Ok then, I'm going to look for the logo. There's got to be something somewhere on it.
We used the term bug as long as I can remember in military electronics circa 1955.

I am back and I can tell you one thing. I found nothing. I was locked out of sites or they no longer existed. It's like the logo never existed. Unbelievable. Paranoia of a scale I have never scene before. Like Bill Gates has always run scared.

Greengoose1,
Welcome to the club. We searched for days on that logo. Not giving up, but back-burner for awhile. https://discussions.virtualdr.com/
Sorry to ask a question and leave dodge, but got some company and had a Sony Playstation fest. Haven't used it in awhile. The thing was dusty and malfunctioning, but got it to work. https://discussions.virtualdr.com/

Time for my first stab at Dodge's question. The cathode ray tube invented in 1927. The first video monitor is introduced in 1973. I know...I know...it isn't much, but still looking. https://discussions.virtualdr.com/
