Need help cloning using Norton Ghost 2001!!

hey guys, I need help cloning a server with norton ghost. The manual doesn't help at all, and the tech support suck.
Ok, here's what I wanna do. I wanna clone an NT server running IIS to a new dell poweredge 300 without an operating system. I have already connected both machine with a crossover cable, and have booted up using the boot disks I made for both machines. Now, here is where I'm stuck. The tech support and the manual say just to choose Local>Disk>To Disk, then choose the source(which is the older server), and then destination(which is the new one),but when I try it I get "Only one drive-Can not clone locally". Ok, so I figure they're wrong. Now, there's another option on the menu which TCP/IP that I think I have to use to make this work. On TCP/IP, it gives me a master and a slave option, but I don't what to choice on the older server and the newer server. Can anyone please point me to the right direction? Any suggestions will me greatly apprecatiated. Thanks

You can't clone over TCP/IP with Ghost. You can clone using a parallel cable with one system as the master and one as the slave. However, I've never been able to get this to work.

However, I would strongly suggest not upgrading to a new server this way. Every operating system installation is different unless the hardware is COMPLETELY and TOTALLY the SAME. Since you're upgrading, you're probably facing a different video card, a different network card, different SCSI card and the fact that Dell likes to put that stupid utility partition on their Poweredge servers. I can guarantee you that NT is not going to like being ripped from one server to another. You're probably looking at a lot more pain by ghosting than by just installing the server normally.
