Zone alarm keeps asking me to allow a programme acces to or from my pc, can you tell me if i should continue to allow this access to my pc?

I believe it is part of W2K I have ZA and also that program win32 blah blah blah.. look it up at M-soft knowledge base or wait for a more knowledgeable person .. I do know it is harmless.... good luck .. by the way I have not allowed this in the past and it interfered with my ability to surf..
