I heard there are people making 1.44mb self booting floppies with a Toned down version of 3.1?
They run 3.1 from a floppy!
So anyone know how to do this? I heard they used a CAB file.

I've heard of people using mini.cab from Windows 9x to make a miniature version of Windows that fits on one or two floppies. I imagine something similar has been done with Windows 3.1.
Watch this space http://techknow.dot.nu/ for instructions on how to make MiniWIN yourself from your Windows setup disks. (The info isn't there yet, though.)
