User Accounts

I have user accounts set up for all family members. All four user accounts have administrator rights. I cannot share Print Shop Deluxe 12 (XP Ready) & Music Match 7.0. The only account I can use them in is the account in which it is installed. I have contacted Broderbund and this is the response:

Thank you for your inquiry and for choosing Broderbund for your software
needs.

(1) Give power user access to your family members. Restricted users will
not be able to access.

If we can be of further assistance, please contact us. Thank you again for
being a customer of Broderbund.

Again, All users on my end have Administrator rights.

I have seen a couple of others on here who have run up against this same issue. However, I don't recall having seen a solution posted. I wish that I had a better answer for you.

Thanks for the response. Today I installed WinXP HE upgrade on a second hard drive with WinME base. All the above trouble software already installed on WinME. Worked great with both programs in all user accounts after th XP install. Had a few other unexpected problems though. Seems as though I must install some software upgrades for XP before installing XP and also some of them after XP is installed.
I'll be on the forth install, and haven't been happy with it yet. Looks to be a very nice OS. I know I will get it going sooner or later.
