My Music Folder

When I open the My Music folder, there is a link on the left that says Play All. If I click on it, there is an hourglass for a minute, then nothing. No player is launched.

If I right click on the file, and select Play, it works fine.

I have tried changing the default player from WMP to MusicMatch and back as well as tried it with both mp3 and wma files.

Anyone else have this problem?

First off I'd like to apologize, because I don't think I know how to help you, but I just thought I would say that if I click on the Play All button it opens Windows Media Player, adds everything to a playlist, and starts playing them.

Thanks for the reply. It means that it is my puter, not the OS.

Do you have powertoys installed? I do and wonder if that had anything to do with it. I never tried the link before I installed powertoys.

I did not have powertoys installed, but I just installed it to see, and the link still works.

Found someone on another board who has the same problem. Still don't know the cause yet.
