startup problem

Does anyone have a fix for this.

When I start the PC it gives the error
"STOP c0000135 (unable to locate DLL)
The dynamic link library winsrv could not be found in the load path"

It then gives a physical memory dump and will go no further.

All hel;p and advice is welcomed.

Is this a Server? What SP is it at? Can you give us the entire stop message?
