NT Domain Controller not found

My NT workstation can not find the Domain Controller, after entering the Domain Name. I have DCHP service running. I also can not seem to ping it. The Domain IP address looks okay.

Same problem with Win98 machine.

Also can not get Printer to work on network. When I install the printer I get rasman.dll not found.

Try looking for a broken connection. No ping usually means it is not there.
