The simplest way would be to use Outlook's Rules Wizard (Tools menu). Exchange Server itself isn't really set up to do this sort of thing.

The only thing is that the person who retrieves the [email protected] account also has her own account and the only way I can see to use the rules is to set "out of the office" which would cause her other normal messages to be responded to as well. Any ideas?
