Install Windows NT

NT server won't install on my second drive. Have two drives-Primary Master has 3 primary partitions (1:Linux native; 2:Linux swap; 3: Win98). Win98 is C drive. I dual boot from Linux using Lilo. Second drive is secondary master, currently designated D: and formatted FAT16. NT insists on installing on C drive. Want to install it on second drive, then add a couple of simple lines to Lilo and I should be able to boot from there, but I keep getting an error during install. Bear in mind that my current C drive which contains Win98 is the third partition on my primary master hard disk and is only bootable through Linux (i.e. Lilo). In case anyone wonders why I'd want to do this in the first place, I'm taking one of those MCSE courses that came with a 120 day eval copy of NT server. After I finish the course, NT server is outta there.
