Excellent Driver Site
One of the best overall driver sites I've ever found. Pacos Drivers

At least one link I followed for S3 video drivers required a login name & password. By leaving the name & password fields blank and continuing you may be provided with a guest login which in the case of the S3 site was "archive" for both the name and password. It was however the only link out of many I followed that required a login so it may be a unique instance.

The link I posted is not for S3 but for an index page where you can go to various driver sites for most any kind of drivers you need.
Navigating is hard but something you learn to do readily with practice. If you really need a driver you will learn to be persistent https://discussions.virtualdr.com/
