Think i am hacked

So i know better but yet a clicked on link from irs and then i closed it out .Said do not turn off computer but saw a mouse moving around so I rebooted then. Little later got messages from couple credit card some on trying to purchase things. Think I am hacked..Ran malwarebytes and said all clear.

Where did the messages come from? Email? Random browser windows/ads? Was it actually your mouse moving or another mouse on the screen in your browser? Did you do a full antivirus scan with your a/v program (which one?).

Delete your browser's cache as well.
