Securina PSI

I was a user of Securina PSI program. Does anyone know a similar good freeware program to Securina PSI?

To get some ideas..... I've never used a software like it.

Free CCleaner will scan your computer and give you a list of programs that need to be updated which you can then easily do yourself manually. It also tells you about outdated drivers but I always ignore those.
